Former 16th century post house, the hotel is located in Pithiviers town centre, on the route of the castles of the Loire Valley, between the Beauce and the Gâtinais. Fine country rambles are available in the nearby valleys: « Vallée de l'oeuf », « Vallée de la Rimarde » and « Vallée de l'Essonne ». Our rooms are all en-suite (bath or shower and WC) and are also equipped with telephone and TV. You will find a very friendly atmosphere in our conveniently located hotel. In our restaurant you will discover the delights of our local gastronomy, as well as our own specialities.

Programme includes: arrival late morning; local-style lunch; discovery of the Pithiviers Transports and Tramway museum, followed by a visit of the town with the St-Salomon St-Grégoire church. Dinner based on the Pithiverais theme. Next day visit the château with its perfume trail at Chamerolles; local-style lunch at "La Croix Blanche", a Logis de France establishment in Combreux in the Orléans forest, followed by a visit to the Saffron museum, a refined spice which has existed in Gâtinais since the middle ages.
