From this year onwards, in order to intensify the guarantees provided by its quality label, Logis de France hotels will be systematically controlled by external specialist firms, using a system of "Mystery Guest"visits. These controls will be carried out amaximum of every 3 years. A new, omprehensive classification checklist will be introduced, containing more than 250 quality criteria, covering a wide range of elements, such as comfort, food quality and service, but also other key quality issues such as breakfast and the surrounding environment.
