In Sologne, we raise milking ewes
and fatten lambs.
Since 1987, we have been producing cheese on our farm with the milk
from our Lacaune breed of ewes.
We offer for sale to our guests, our ewes' cheeses as well as our
lambs.
We are pleased to arrange guided tours of the farm by appointment. We
offer tastings of our products and teas (every Wednesday afternoon).
On the 1st Sunday in July every year, an open day is arranged for our
guests to explore our Bergerie ( sheepfold). There is also a Farmer's
Market, sheep shearing demonstrations, working sheep dog
demonstrations and other attractions.

The Petite Tomme de Sologne
(4 to 7 weeks maturing)
The fresh or ash coloured Brebier (no maturing if eaten fresh and
up to 4 weeks maturing for the ash coloured variety)
